Glanville Projects is a small but growing Oxfordshire-based Project Management and Cost Consultancy. We are looking for self-motivated and conscientious individuals to join our expanding team of Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators.
The Commercial roles will involve the financial management, quantity surveying and estimating for a variety of projects ranging from Utilities infrastructure to commercial build. Specific skills will include the ability and experience to manage the production of tender packages, estimate construction costs for a variety of large and small projects, and apply cost control to the construction stages of the same.
The Project Management and CDM roles will relate to a similar project type and candidates should be able to demonstrate their experience within either the Utilities sector or commercial construction. All roles will involve the need to work independently, as well as part of a wider team.
The successful candidates may be based in a number of locations: Reading, Swindon or Abingdon, and should expect to travel within our operating region on a regular basis to visit a number of projects.
