Project Management

We approach every project with a flexible expectation for our role. We have learnt over the years that each client and every project, has a different focus and our part in the construction process must reflect that. Our staff and company philosophy is client led, and our role is always tailored to your specific needs to make our services competitive and effective. If your plans change then we are able to quickly adapt as if we were part of your organisation.


Our Process

Typically we are engaged at the inception stage of a construction project to establish the initial project specification, cost plan and schedule. Our role then develops into all the key areas of project management; procurement, cost management, design management, quality management and where we operate as construction managers, the management and delivery at site level.

Our control of the construction costs continues from our initial budget, throughout every key stage to completion.

Working as Part of Your Team

Our own staff are experienced in all forms of construction, cost planning and management, quality and health and safety. For our very technically impressive projects such as a pharmaceutical pilot plant, our staff worked closely with specialists within the client organisation for eight months to deliver install and service every piece of specialist plant.
