Living Wage Accreditation for Glanville Projects

We’re pleased to announce that Glanville Projects has been certified by the Living Wage Foundation as an accredited Living Wage employer.

The real Living Wage is an independent assessment based on the cost of living and is voluntarily paid by employers that believe their staff deserve a wage which meets everyday needs.

Director, Robert Seymour said, “We’re proud to show our support for the real Living Wage by becoming an accredited employer. It’s testament to the value we place on our staff and helps to alleviate pressures felt by the increased cost of living. This, along with our commitment to training and continuous improvement, will ensure we’re fully supporting our team throughout all roles in the business.”  

Glanville Projects also holds other leading accreditations including ISO 9001 and Achilles UVDB, which develops supply chain best practices and protocols.
