Company Policy Statements

Detailed below are Glanville Projects' company policies which are designed to fulfil our vision of delivering excellence to every client.

Health & Safety Policy

We believe that all our activities can be undertaken safely and we will never compromise on safety. We will conduct our business in a way that ensures the health and well being of our employees, sub-contractors and any person affected by our activities.

We know that continuous improvement of our heath & safety performance is essential for a successful company. Everyone at Glanville Projects has responsibility for their own and others' health & safety, but overall accountability rests with the management.

We actively encourage a health & safety culture at Glanville Projects.

Quality Policy

Glanville Projects is registered under ISO 9001 and is third party accredited by Alcumus ISOQAR (Certificate No. 15230). All of our team utilise our systems to ensure projects run smoothly, to the satisfaction of our customers, in accordance with our quality policy and procedures.

Glanville Projects’ overriding objective is to deliver high quality, efficient services that are focussed on the needs of our clients. We do this by means of technical expertise, innovation and continuous improvement through the review and measurement of performance, within a culture that focuses firmly on the customer and aims to secure value for money.

We place great emphasis on this in both training and experience. Our success commercially depends on getting it right first time and delivering what our client’s want on time, to specification and budget. A satisfied client will employ us again and again.

Environmental Policy

We consider care for the environment to be essential both in terms of our duty to society and to ensure the continuity of our business. We are committed to protecting the environment by minimising the impact of our operations and our products through the adoption of sustainable practices and through continuous improvement in environmental performance and control.

Glanville Projects has an Environmental Policy and manages its obligations under the Control of Pollution and Environmental Protection Acts accordingly.

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour. Glanville Projects has a zero tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to putting effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain.
